Parts Advisor
Are you detail-oriented? Do you enjoy understanding all of the little intricate parts that make up the vehicle whole? You might be a great fit for a Parts Advisor position. The Parts Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling, ordering and stocking parts for the dealership. If a vehicle requires additional repair not covered in the original order, the individual will also estimate the additional cost and phone the customer for approval to do the work. The Parts Advisor will also advise customers on other available services and build lasting relationships.

Parts Driver
Parts Drivers are important to the day-to-day efficiency of the Parts Department. Parts Drivers are responsible for picking up and delivering parts and equipment to customers, wholesale accounts and vendors, on behalf of the dealership. Parts Drivers are also responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that payments are received with invoices on parts delivery. If you have excellent customer service skills and you’re comfortable with cash/payment management, this position is an excellent point of entry into the Parts Department.

Parts Shipper/Receiver
Working closely with the Parts Advisors and Parts Driver, the Parts Shipper/Receiver is responsible for preparing parts inventory for delivery. They also determine the most effective shipping methods for our customers. Our Parts Shipper/Receivers move parts in and out of the dealership in a timely manner and keep accurate record of inventory. Preparing parts for delivery requires the creation of shipping labels and paperwork, assembling and packing goods to be shipped, and other related duties. If you have shipping/receiving experience or inventory management experience, this role is a great fit for you!

Assistant Parts Manager & Parts Manager
Parts Managers are responsible for ensuring the efficiency and profitability of the Parts Department overall. Parts Managers are also leadership models for the Parts Department team. They are responsible for accomplishing department objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying and advertising. If you are analytical and enjoy problem-solving and planning, this position is ideal for you!
