GMC is rounding out its Sierra EV lineup with the addition of two new trims: the rugged AT4 and the more refined Elevation. These trims join the Denali, offering more choices for EV truck buyers. While pricing for Canada has yet to be released, the addition of these models reflects GMC's aim to meet a wider range of preferences in the premium electric truck segment. With the Sierra EV now available in three trims, the brand covers off-road enthusiasts, everyday users, and luxury-focused drivers alike.

Under the hood—or more accurately, under the floor—each Sierra EV trim features a range of battery configurations. The Elevation model can be equipped with either a Standard or Extended Range battery, while the off-road-oriented AT4 offers Extended or Max Range options. The Denali remains the most flexible, offering all three battery choices. Range estimates haven’t been finalized but are expected closer to the official launch. This layered approach gives buyers the flexibility to prioritize either performance or extended travel between charges.

The AT4 brings serious off-road chops to the EV truck space. It stands out with its lifted coil suspension, 35-inch tires, and a trim-exclusive Terrain Mode that fine-tunes off-road driving with advanced control features. Added capabilities like CrabWalk, Super Cruise driver assistance, and up to 12,200 pounds of towing capacity show GMC’s commitment to maintaining traditional truck functionality in an electric form. Meanwhile, the Elevation offers a more understated design with everyday practicality—highlighted by an 18-inch wheel setup, a large touchscreen interface, and optional fast-charging and power-out features.

Cadillac Escalade IQL Adds Space and Tech to Flagship SUV

Humberview Group - Ontario Car Dealerships

Cadillac introduced a long-wheelbase version of its electric Escalade this month, named the Escalade IQL. Building on the Escalade IQ’s design and architecture, the IQL stretches the vehicle’s profile to improve third-row comfort and increase cargo capacity. With over 4 inches of additional legroom and an extra inch of headroom in the back, the IQL is tailored for those who prioritize passenger space without sacrificing luxury or performance.

Performance also sees no compromise. Cadillac estimates the Escalade IQL will deliver up to 740 km of range on a full charge, powered by a system capable of 750 horsepower and 785 lb-ft of torque. Despite its size, the IQL can sprint from 0–96 km/h in under five seconds. Inside, the SUV features a 55-inch curved display, an available 40-speaker AKG audio system, and Super Cruise hands-free driving. With production slated to begin mid-year in Detroit, the IQL is poised to compete at the top of the luxury electric SUV market.
